For some, music is their words, and for others, words are their music.

Passionate about words and their ability to trigger emotions, memories and thoughts, I let them infuse in my work to guide people with my voice during meditation and hypnosis sessions.

Born in the French Alps, I received from nature that silence and observation can bring us creativity beyond what we thought we could. Along my personal development journey, I realized that the self-expression can be challenging, depending on the circumstances; this motto has thus arisen in my mind, and accompanies my professional and artistic projects:

In 2021, I had the blessing to write a French anthology with twelve incredible co-authors, then to publish it under the title J’ai vécu la même chose que toi (I too, have lived it). The book testifies to the resilience displayed by these young women who recovered from breast cancer, as a message of hope and encouragement for the families affected by this ordeal.

A second anthology dedicated to people and families affected by breast cancer was released in English in 2023 : I walked that path too brings together twelve authors from four different countries, because solidarity has no borders.

Souls in Love is my first poetic collaboration.
